Mother to Be Massage*
This inspirational therapy connects mother and baby through the power of touch. Specialised positioning on specific pregnancy pillows is used to ensure the ultimate in safety, comfort and relaxation. Helping to relieve tension in the back and alleviating swelling in the hands and feet, while easing the mind and uplifting the spirit.
Mother to Be Back, Neck, & Shoulder Massage*
A specially adapted full back, neck, shoulder, face and scalp massage using organic essential oils of mandarin and spearmint to condition and strengthen the skin. Massage is helpful to relieve many minor ailments associated with pregnancy, general aches and pains, poor circulation, and anxiety.
Leg and Foot Massage*
A Luxurious massage treatment especially for the legs and feet incorporating reflexology points and Lymphatic drainage. By increasing the circulation and stimulating the lymph system tired aching legs, muscle cramps and restless legs can be relieved. An application of organic cooling and soothing leg and foot gel will leave you feeling like your walking on air.

*Woodhall Well Being may require consent from your midwife or GP prior to massage treatment if there have been any complications during pregnancy.
Pregnancy Treatments are only carried after the first Trimester and on the provision that no contraindications to treatment are present.
A range of nurturing treatments adapted to each stage of pregnancy after the first trimester to help relax mother and baby.
