- 0.25mm can be used 2-3 times a week. Ideal as a maintenance program. Do not roller more than once a day or on consecutive days.
- 0.5 - 1.0mm 6 treatments spaced 2-4 weeks apart depending if the roller is combined with other modalities in a treatment programme.
What is Pure Rolling?
The Pure Roller System, also known as microneedling, is a natural way to improve the appearance of your skin and reverse the signs of ageing. Scarring, moderate wrinkles, stretch marks, age spots and mild pigmentation can all be successfully treated.
The Pure Roller uses 200 very fine Titanium needles designed to achieve a "controlled injury" to the skin without damage. The needles create micro-channels into the deeper skin layers resulting in an increased absorption of active ingredients into the skin. Regular treatments result in a firmer, smoother and youthful skin.
How Does it Work?
The principle behind Pure Rolling (also none as "needling") is stimulating cell renewal and new collagen, without damaging the epidermis.
The very fine Titanium needles cause a 'controlled injury' to the skin. As the skin repairs itself, new collagen is deposited in the papillary dermis resulting in the Retes ridges plumping from underneath, to smooth out wrinkle, fine lines and indented scars.
The skins strength, collagen and elastin are improved for a rejuvenated, smooth and youthful complexion. This is also none as 'Collagen Stimulation Therapy'.
Why Titanium?
Titanium is the purest metal which reduces the risk of allergies.
Titanium does not pit or become damaged like stainless steel after use - therefore there is no tearing of the skin which could lead to scarring.
Pure Rollers have an interlocking design so there is no risk of the needles coming out or shattering during treatment.
The Pure Rollers have been designed with an ergonomic handle for comfort when using.
